And so it begins.

Hello again! And so begins the back cataloging. Here are some things I bought years ago but they were all brilliant bargains that I couldn't resist showing off.
I bought this dress from a PDSA charity shop in Swansea for £6.  It's originally from Warehouse and was perfect for my second year summer ball.

This skirt was from the British Heart Foundation shop in Ilkeston.  I think it was about £3 but it was also 6 inches longer with the black and white flower pattern at the top.  So I took off the waist band, cut off the extra fabric, put in some pleats, stitched the waist band back on with a zip and Voila! a lovely skirt which I've worn so many times it now has holes in.

This lovely umbrella I spotted in Help the Aged in Ilkeston for £4.  I have had many jealous glances especially when I open it...
Oh yeah, double whammy of gorgeousness!
After I bought it I discovered my friend's mum has one exactly the same in grey and red, which my friend has coveted for many years.

Well that's it for this installment.  See you next week (hopefully) with some other lovely stuff.

Ta ra xxx
